Duhh – you think? Pretty much the entire Oil & Gas corporate world was infected by an extreme overdose of corporate spinelessness and I am sure they still are. Below the super large company level, there might be flickers of true business acumen but the rest was woke, climate-sucking-up slugs that tried to out-virtue-signal the greens. Those companies need much more than a management change – they need a culture change. And if they cannot do that I would not mind seeing them go away. Others will pick up where they disappear. But I am afraid they will be bailed out with public money when the facade comes crashing down – as it will.
