Climate change could virtually disappear in Florida, at least according to state law

The wonders of a truly federal system. There are quite a number of so-called federations on earth. My own home Austria, small as it is, is one of them. But most don’t deserve the fame as they are federations in name only but not in substance. I would argue that there are only two truly federal countries and they are Switzerland and the US. In the US, states can pull back from the brink when they consider policies coming from DC to be very harmful to them. Sure, many states will go along with DC and go down due to those policies but some states such as Florida will offer an alternative pulling a growing club of discontents behind them. Their success will pull the rest – in time.
