How Trump 2.0 could transform DOE

Coulda, woulda – the memory of Trump’s first term is still rather fresh. I expected him to be way more radical. I was wrong. Trump was almost careful when enacting real change. Change is hard. Preserving the status quo does not solve any problems but it’s much safer for the incumbent as he can always blame others. I expected much – I was disappointed. Yes, a second Trump term could be interesting. It could also be a bummer. Do you really want to expose your project to this sort of chance? We must be ready to thrive under any politician. Good ones are the exception.

Veterans of the first Trump administration predicted in interviews what their former boss might do with energy policy if he returns to the White House.
