Climate intervention technologies may create winners and losers in world food supply

Sounds like flipping a switch – doesn’t it? Does anyone proposing this have any idea of the scale of the planet? A couple of weeks ago I saw a news article about a rather large sailboat that was floating in the Pacific for more than a decade without anyone on board and without anyone noticing it. Gives you an idea of the scale of the oceans. It’s not like there are no ships crisscrossing it. When you are at Point Nemo in the Pacific, the inhabitants of the International Space Station are the closest humans to you. This is some blather heads making noise. People who are in the know would not make ridiculous statements like this.
