Fire rips through car park at Luton Airport

Anyone who knows the fundamental nature of a battery should know where this leads. And anyone who knows about the fundamental nature of lithium-ion batteries should know it even more. Those beasts need careful management. When they go off they do so almost without any warning and once this beast burns, there is virtually no way to extinguish it. So it burns everything in the vicinity to a crisp. Who wants to be parked next to one of those bombs anymore? And what about the car park? I imagine that the concrete of the car park is damaged beyond repair after such a fire. Who pays for taking the building down?
