Fossil fuels from Space?

Ah, now we are getting somewhere. Hydrocarbons have been found on almost every single body of the Solar System including Mars and Venus. The Saturnian moons are just the most famous examples. Kerogens have been found on Mars. All transneptunian bodies are covered in a red hue produced by Tholins. There are even clouds of free methane in open space. Either we believe that life is everywhere and produces those hydrocarbons or other processes are producing them. If this is so, why do we still cling to the fossil fuel theory? Oil and gas are abiotic products of geology, not of rotting cadavers.
