Greenpeace Loses Supreme Court Case Against BP
Those court cases are nothing but a shake-off akin to what has been the norm in the Chicago of the 30ies. And that’s exactly as it should be treated. Because organizations such as Greenpeace do nothing but asking for even more money and concessions from energy companies and if they don’t comply with their ever-increasing demands, they will strike them with frivolous lawsuits. The right remedy would be to hold them liable for the entire costs those lawsuits cause every time they lose. They have no skin in the game so they will go with the most ridiculous demands. Let’s change that.
