Is this China’s lost decade? The economy is slowing, and now’s the time to focus on quality of life

I am not an economist and I would not know how to challenge the figures we get but my gut tells me that China is not only not growing but that it’s already shrinking in real terms. If one was able to replace the current set of assumptions on the China balance sheet with real market values, he must come to that conclusion as China cheated on growth figures for years now. Just think what impact that will have longterm on China’s new environmental policy? And on their future energy consumption.
