Institutions such as NASA have become monsters that do lots of stuff they should not even be looking at. This inflates their budget and siphons money away from its actual tasks. The science and exploration of space. How many probes could have been sent for the cost of all the political virtue-signaling? I am not sure Trump will be able to clean out everything and bring the bureaucracy back to its original tasks, but it’s good that someone is trying. Who will do that in European countries? We need that too.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
