Next wave of North American LNG export projects to face labor challenges

Those are not the worst problems they face. Those who have not taken FID yet also face a much harder market in the future as most of the long-term buyers are filling their wants and soon it will be back to cutthroat competition for customers. LNG project promoters have the unfortunate habit of going off the rails when the market pays almost any price for LNG and when prices come back down to normal, they can’t cope with it. LNG must develop a habit of developing new markets which means cutting into vehicle fuel markets. The war in Ukraine will be over soon and then we will know how much of Russia comes back.
