And once again we will try to externalize the problem by putting those contraptions in plenty of places where there are no people or where the people have much less of a say over their own lives. Thats what we have done for the last 50 years at least to bring down costs and fuel our consumer economies. It’s all artificially cheap on the backs of other people. Renewable energy is interruptible. Thats hard to deal with when you are close to consumption but when you are far away and need to transmit the power or convert it into something storable, this becomes a nightmare.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
