The positive effects of CO2 like increased plant growth may turn the cost/benefit equation of CO2 on its head and make CO2 a net benefit to humanity. That’s quite a statement and I see it the same way. When the madness is over we might want to charge a price for CO2. Not for emitting it that is, but for selling it. CO2 will be a valued commodity.
