Why Russia just torpedoed global oil prices

I don’t buy the story of the cheap Russian or even Saudi oil. That sure was once the case but many of the new fields that are being developed now or have been developed recently are not exactly low cost. The farther up the arctic you go, the higher prices for everything climb. Abd Saudi EOr levels are said to be gargantuan. That’s not free too. Consume all figures with a shovel of salt.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
