Producer Trinidad calls for global gas pricing index

Is that “back to communism” or what? If producers cannot live off what markets are willing to give, then producers must not develop new projects. LNG does not need artificial prices – it needs entrepreneurs.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister Keith Rowley on Tuesday called on the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) to develop and implement a gas pricing index to ensure members receive adequate returns on the sale of the hydrocarbon.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
