Ah, the wonders of federalism. This is the one very thing that will save the United States and not only that. Its federalism allows it to pull ahead of others because those who want, can. Such a thing is not even conceivable inside the European Union. DC is clearly overplaying its hand and the states take power back. For the rest of my generation’s lifetime, we will see a gradual shift back away from the center. The same will happen in Europe but I rather think the EU wont survive this process while the US will. Again, that’s the beauty of a loose leash that the founding fathers have built into their system. Wise.

Nineteen Republican state attorneys general hit five Democrat-controlled states with a legal challenge alleging that the blue states are forcing climate agenda.
