I actually agree with the man. I don’t think that Russian gas will ever be as flamboyant as it was before again and I also think that there will be some infrastructure haggling plus there are upstream issues that will be hard to fix but some of the gas produced in Russia is bound to come back when the war is over. I know quite a number of European gas company and utility executives that secretly long for the return of the old times. It won’t be quite as before again, but it won’t be an even stricter version of the Iron Curtain as well.
