Are you a ship owner and/or operator? Are you concerned by this as you know that green fuels are very expensive and you are not sure you have the legal firepower to exploit all the loopholes? Here is one. Switch over to LNG-fueled vessels for the future. The good news is that they can run on conventional LNG as well as on green LNG without any modifications required. You could even mix the two and dance around as green or you could swap volumes and brand them green while they come from a more reliable source. And when the madness is over, you continue running on the cheaper, more reliable option. LNG is freedom from idiots.
