SY Fire Response

I have long argued that the incalculable fire risk from Electric Vehicles should warrant a rule that those vehicles can not be anywhere near a school, a hospital, a retirement or childcare facility, in a tunnel, or other closed places … The problem is not even the nature of the fire they produce which is very toxic and cannot be extinguished. The real problem is that those vehicles may be parked for hours and then without any outside prodding they explode. We simply cannot know when one of those devices blows up. Do you want to be close when it happens?
