I love Monckton, he really drives the nail in. The end is that we spend unreal amounts of money on something that does not only help anything in any way but that also destroys what works and assures our wealth. It’s one thing to spend your excess money while the money-making machine is still working. But we wreck the machine. Sadly, those who need it most won’t ever watch any of this for one single second. Intelligent and refined as this presentation is, it won’t change things. Except for my enjoyment – it’s time well spent.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
