The big players don’t want any intervention – big deal. They have a war chest to blow through so they can sit tight and wait until everyone falls by the wayside and then they pick up the pieces for an apple and an egg. I understand them. It’s the wrong thing for oil & gas. It’s the wrong thing for America. But it’s just right for them and I get it.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
