US Gas Economics Set to Fall Below $3

The US is soon going to be the first 1tcm/a market and it’s still growing at a breakneck pace. That’s something to behold. But once LNG as a fuel makes real inroads in US trucking, this is going into hyperdrive. The wait for 2tcm/a won’t be long. The BFR from Space X and the New Glenn from Blue Origin will be LNG rockets too – but this demand input won’t budge this gargantuan juggernaut of a market for a bit. USA go.

U.S. natural gas economics will reach below $3 per million British thermal units (MMBtu) within the next decade, McKinsey Energy Insights reported Tuesday.
