Vietnam’s state energy firm Petrovietnam says considers stockpiling oil amid low prices

That should be a priority for everyone. All consuming-nations will fill up to the brim, and when they are full the oil price will crash a little more. Even when oil prices are at their lowest in a long time, the time of cheap oil is over. This means that although there still is cheap oil in the market, the new fields are anything but cheap. Welcome to a new crazier world.
