Waiting to Declare the Climate Emergency

We have seen what governments would never dare to do. I live in the only democratic country that had enacted a law making COVID vaccination mandatory. No matter how much uncertainty existed, no matter all the justified doubts about safety and efficiency, they took the law obliging anyone in Austria above 18 years to inject an experimental substance. I always asked myself how the Nazis were able to cow the entire population. I now know they did not have to. Mass psychosis was so powerful that most people felt on the right side of history. Naysayers were killed. You would be surprised what can happen in any country at any time.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
