Miley makes a lot of the right tones that give hope for Argentina but I would not be so quick. We have seen many hopefuls coming and generating a lot of enthusiasm in many countries especially so in Argentina. Argentina has not been a basket case since yesterday. It was in dire straits for decades now. And there is still a very powerful elite that would rather see the country in a couple of more decades of limbo than see reform shove them from their comfortable positions. And there is still a population that can easily be bribed into the next madness. Miley is interesting, but he has an almost impossible job at hand.
