I have said so many times and I will never tire doing so in the future. Trying to stifle dissent is a potent sign of an autocratic regime. Any dictator tries to do that. The Nazis did that when they took over, first though disinformation, then through threats and when they were in power through outright repression. We have misinformation for many years now, and there are lots of threats. Now comes the open threat of force. Sure you want to go that way? I don’t.
