The cooling trend becomes perceptible to regular people now. I can most certainly feel it here in Central Europe. We are not an ice desert (yet) but everyone I talk to agrees that it’s a rather long time that we had so many sub-zero days in Vienna. The last summer was also much less hot than we used to. And I get those reports from friends on most of the planet. The Solar Minimum takes its toll.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
