Bad Energy Policy Ideas Never Die

They will die – eventually. The question is not if, but how much of the world we know today will lay in shambles when they do. Look at the Soviet Union and North Korea and the answer is that this may well continue until we have a near-death event. Much of Europe is probably beyond saving already now. Some small countries might make it. Asia is going to be the biggest disaster zone on the planet, mostly due to China but a host of other nations will not escape unscathed. The US is a rare beacon of hope, not for DC though. It’s the states and even counties that will remake America. It’s federalism that might be America’s saving grace.
