Sure they do that. They know it works as most people don’t pay heed to anything happening in the real world and also because they are hopelessly ensnared by their respective silos. But wait, those billionaires live in silos as well. They think they can read the population and what they get most of the time is something that does not completely fail because the population is silent and docile not because they are such geniuses. Until it does not. There is an enormous groundswell of anger in the population and it will encourage ever more outspoken political leaders – some of them truly nasty pieces of work. The masses know that but they prefer those pieces of work to the pieces of turd they have in charge now.

A nonprofit indirectly funded by a foreign billionaire is pressuring broadcasters to drop ads criticizing the Biden administration's electric vehicle agenda.
