Natural Gas Drops to Pandemic-Era Low as US Supply Glut Worsens

Prices for Natural Gas in North America are not only lower than in the rest of the world, but they are also an order of magnitude lower and while they were a bit higher in 2022, they were still an order of magnitude lower and more. This holds a simple message – if you want to do anything thats energy-intensive, the US is likely going to be the most favored location to do that. Industrialization comes back but only to the US to the detriment of Europe mostly. Asians still compete with lower wages and lower permitting standards. Europe is between a rock and a hard place and as things stand, we want to have it harder still.
