Qatar Pauses Gas Shipments Via Red Sea After USA Airstrikes

LNG sales are one of the biggest money spinners for the small emirate in the Gulf. Qatar owns its vessels and is known to sell a majority of its LNG-delivered ex-ship. This means they assume risks of transport and their costs as well. The arbitrage between European and Asian markets is also an important money spinner for the emirate.
