Sweden Issues Nord Stream Probe Update

So Sweden says that they know who did it and also that it was not an ally. Considering Swedens NATO affiliation we may safely assume that it was not the US or any other NATO member. I never thought so but Sweden does not need to speculate as I do. So, only Ukraine and Russia remain and I strongly doubt that Ukraine has the technological expertise to pull this off. This was a rather finicky exercise that required a lot of tech and logistics. But why would the Russians blow up their own pipe? Maybe they have a motive that has nothing to do with the war in Ukraine. Maybe they need to conceal misinvestment on a biblical scale.
