All that does is giving large corporations even more leverage over much smaller rivals. Being an entrepreneur is slowly being made impossible as the regulatory burden is already crushing. Now there is going to be even more of it. Large corporations will have a person (or some) who will make sure that they are fine plus some lobbying muscle. Small companies often cannot match that as they simply don’t have the funding. One more step towards communism.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
