Trump to fill U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve “to the very top”

As he should do. Right now, Russia and OPEC pay for the strategic reserve. How can anyone turn such an offer down? Every country should fill up to the brim now. Prices won’t be so low forever. Internal pressures will bring producers back to reality sooner than many think.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
