U.S.-China Phase 2 trade deal unlikely

China is in a horrible situation right now. ven if Donald Trump would never have become POTUS, they would be suffering under the massive pile of debt they have built up in order to keep the economy in overdrive since 2008. Empty cities, real estate valuations that are more vapourware than concrete, overproduction of mostly anything, a state sector that breathes down the neck of everyone and bubble galore. The trade war with the US came at the wrong time. They can only hope that Trump loses and they get some relief on that front. But no matter who wins the US elections, the only thing that would start to solve the Chinese riddle is the one thing that would be the undoing of the CCP. That’s why the show must go on.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
