What Would War-End Mean for Global Oil and Gas?

The war will end when Ukraine has recovered all its territory, including the Donbas and Crimea. And when Russia is thoroughly broken. In the immediate aftermath, I expect some nations such as Moldova and Georgia to get rid of their Russian problem which will extend international sanctions for a while but soon Russia will have to somehow get money in to pay for the incredible damage. Ukraine – on the other side – will not only reconstruct but it will also go for the massive Oil & Gas reserves in and around their waters in the Black Sea. Ukraine will be an upstream titan without equal in Europe.
