Will China achieve its 2060 carbon neutral commitment from the provincial perspective?

Anyone who believes anything that comes out of China after everything we have seen for years now must be going to the hairdresser to have his brain cut. If there is any left. Climate change is not even an issue in China anymore – not for real in any case. Xi is busy keeping the country together as the Potemkin Village its economy is today falls apart faster than they can put in props. But I have a feeling Xi just does not care anymore. he knows it’s down the drain now which is why he has no problem battering the economy further with senseless lockdowns. This party is over.

China has pledged to peak carbon emissions before 2030 and strive to achieve carbon neutrality before 2060

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
