Bloomberg Analysts See Green Hydrogen Outcompeting Blue by 2030

Let’s set this headline straight. Bloomberg thinks that by 2030 piled on extra costs and taxes will weigh so heavy on anything that’s not green hydrogen that everything else will cost less. But that’s what Bloomberg thinks. Until 2030, the economic crisis will have fully developed, people will have problems to make ends meet and it will be a good deal colder putting climate policy on ice.

Green hydrogen -- produced using renewable power -- is currently more expensive than the so-called 'blue' variant -- made using fossil fuels with carbon capture and storage.
