China approves biggest expansion in new coal power plants since 2015

China does what China needs to do. They need power for their moving masses and industries – so they go and get it. However they can. The green figleaf is nothing more than this – a ruse. They count on the rest of the world to be stunned by a non-existing problem while they can use this to grab back some of the already lost competitiveness. Climate Change is a rich world problem as only there the amygdala has no real problems to deal with and will create artificial ones to keep us busy. China does not have this luxury. But why don’t we ever see Greta in Beijing gluing herself to the doors of the Grand Peoples Hall?
