China bails out Iraq with long-term, upfront cash deal for oil

What will China do if one of those cash strapped governments one day decided to stop repaying them – even in oil and stopped all cooperation with China. Will they send troops to enforce the contracts? What if the debtor nation allowed the US to entertain a military base on its territory effectively making any military intervention by any other power impossible? I am speculating, of course. But when people (i.e. nations) are in an impossible situation, they will think of the impossible to get by. If all goes well those contracts are good money for China as oil will rise again. But there is a risk.
