Delhi Records Coldest November In 71 Years, Says Weather Department

I have said so a number of times so far – I know that – but I will repeat it again and again. It’s getting a whole lot colder. It was predicted that we would feel the first effects of the Solar Minimum this year and the facts on the ground have not disappointed. No models, no tree rings, no assumptions – real chills down your back and freezing limbs. Low-temperature records fall by the day, and so do snow volume records.

The month of November was the coldest in the national capital in 71 years, with the mean minimum temperature dropping to 10.2 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
