Facebook Censorship due to a Science Feedback “Fact Check”

Most of those reading me won’t like my two cents on this. Facebook is a private company. Their website is not public property and in my book, they can do with it whatever they please to do. They want to filter information to suit their needs? Fine with me. Remove all protections they currently enjoy from them, make them legally liable for whatever they allow on their platform, and stop the complaining. There are only two kinds of people on Facebook. Those who want to follow their lead – we won’t convince them of anything no matter how strong the facts are. They have sold themselves and forcing Facebook to stop filtering won’t change that. And those who want to stay in contact but don’t consume its newsfeed. We need our own platforms.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
