Irizar manufactures the first liquid natural gas (LNG) long distance coach

No wishful thinking, no pimped range results, and no hidden emissions. Those buses will do what they are supposed to do for as long as they are expected to do that. Plus, you won’t really need subsidies to make that thing work. Of course, it helps to have a pre-existing source of LNG where you want to use the busses as setting up an LNG supply line from nothingness can be a bit hairy. That being said, compared to hydrogen supply lines this is child’s play and cheap as hell. Plus they won’t explode just for no visible reason like your electric buses often do – check with various carbonized bus depots in Europe and China.
