Urban areas are a good deal warmer than the surrounding countryside. I have grown up in the sticks and have seen that effect pretty drastically as in winter when we went to Vienna often there was snow outside the town and once there it was almost gone. Now, the surfaces of solar plants are even darker than the average urban surface. This means that solar panels do exactly what CO2 is supposed to achieve. nd this time it’s scientifically established and not some model that never matches with reality.
