Human rights violated by Swiss inaction on climate, ECHR rules in landmark case

Maybe thats a good opportunity to put a counterargument in front of the court. Because it’s not proven that human activities have any discernible effect on the climate and there is also massive evidence that there is not. So, let’s talk about some real human rights. Governments spend people’s money when they throw the green at virtue-signaling projects. This money is not available anymore for welfare, health services, and other essential services a government shall provide to its inhabitants. Plus as the cost of the green virtue is bankrupting people and societies we have a whole series of very basic human rights that are being trampled. Thanks, ladies – we should really talk about all of this. Maybe there are some things that are more important than the delusions of some bored pensioners.
