Will the SEC Climate Rules Make Smaller Public Companies Go Extinct?

Bodies like the SEC always ever benefit the big companies and are a real threat to smaller ones. Large companies love contorted overcomplicated, contradictory regulation. They have massive legal departments and well-funded lobbyists that can live within and exploit the regulatory bounds. Smaller companies simply don’t have the firepower to do the same. This is unfair competition. Deregulation in the corporate realm is of the essence if entrepreneurialism is to make a comeback to the corporate world. Right now it’s as dead as a doornail.
